Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days after confirmation.
You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Delivery times may vary based on the product and your location:

United Kingdom: 7–15 business days
Germany: 7–15 business days

Delivery times may vary slightly during busy seasons or due to customs clearance.
Please note: Items in the same order may ship separately if they come from different suppliers.

Shipping Costs

We offer free standard shipping on most orders to the UK, Germany for orders above 50 Euros orders.
If there is an exception (e.g. heavy or bulky items), the shipping fee will be clearly displayed during checkout.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

Delivery Delays

While we strive to meet the estimated timelines, some factors may cause delays, including:
  • Customs clearance or local postal disruptions
  • High seasonal demand
  • Supplier processing delays
  • If your order has not arrived within 45 days, please contact us at support@solveit.life, and we will investigate the issue promptly.

Shipping & Return Conditions

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or not as described, please report the issue within 7 days of delivery.

If your package is lost in transit or exceeds 45 days, we will reship or refund the order as per our Refund Policy.  

Return shipping costs are covered by us if the issue is our fault (wrong or defective item).

Returns are not accepted for opened or used personal care products due to hygiene reasons unless there’s a verified issue.

Unclaimed or Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.
Solveit is not responsible for packages that are lost due to:
  • Incorrect or incomplete address
  • Refused or unclaimed deliveries
If a package is returned to sender, we will contact you to arrange reshipment (at the customer’s cost) or partial refund (excluding shipping costs if applicable).

Customs & Import Duties

In rare cases, local customs authorities may impose additional charges.
These are the responsibility of the customer. Solveit is not liable for customs fees or delivery delays caused by customs clearance.
