Because we offer carefully curated personal care, skincare, and wellness products, certain hygiene-sensitive items are non-returnable. However, if something goes wrong with your order, we’ll make it right.

General Return Policy

Due to the nature of our personal and wellness care items, most products are non-returnable once opened. This ensures the health, hygiene, and safety of all our customers.

We accept returns or issue refunds in specific cases where the product has a serious issue, as outlined below.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded unless damaged, defective, or incorrect:

Opened or used skincare, haircare, or personal hygiene products

Products without their original packaging

Items returned after 30 days of delivery

Return & Refund Eligibility

We will refund, resend, or replace products in the following cases:
  • Damaged or Defective Items

    If your product arrives damaged or is defective in any way, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and description of the issue. We will either send a replacement or issue a full refund.
  • Wrong Item Shipped

    If you receive the wrong product, please notify us within 7 days. We’ll send you the correct item or issue a refund at no extra cost.
  • Missing Items

    If your package is incomplete, we’ll send the missing item(s) or provide a partial refund depending on the situation.
  • Lost Orders

    If your order does not arrive within 45 days, and tracking does not show it was delivered, we will offer a full refund or resend the order.

Return Process

To initiate a return or report an issue:
  1. Email us at support@solveit.life within the allowed timeframe.
  2. Include your order number, description of the issue, and any supporting photos or documents.
  3. Our team will respond within 5 business days with the next steps.

Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., defective, damaged, or wrong item), we will cover the return shipping cost.
  • For all other approved returns, the customer is responsible for shipping costs.

Refund Method & Timing

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled for a full refund before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has been packed or fulfilled, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Important Notes

  • Refunds are only issued for items purchased directly from solveit.life.
  • We do not offer refunds or replacements due to personal preferences, fragrance dislike, or change of mind.
  • We reserve the right to request additional documentation or decline refund requests that fall outside the scope of this policy.
