Return Process
To initiate a return or report an issue:

- Include your order number, description of the issue, and any supporting photos or documents.
- Our team will respond within 5 business days with the next steps.
Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our error (e.g., defective, damaged, or wrong item), we will cover the return shipping cost.
- For all other approved returns, the customer is responsible for shipping costs.
Refund Method & Timing
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled for a full refund before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has been packed or fulfilled, cancellation may no longer be possible.
